Wellness for All
We all know that times are tough, and now more than ever, mental health support is essential. With so many demands on our time and budgets, it can feel impossible to prioritize therapy. At Groundwork, we're committed to making therapy accessible, without compromising on quality, by offering low-cost sessions and community outreach that also support a bigger cause of combatting the nation-wide shortage of mental health providers.

We are proud to welcome a talented group of master's-level interns to our team. These interns are in the final stages of their education and are completing the required fieldwork to become licensed therapists. By working with them, you're not only receiving affordable therapy at a rate of just $25 per session (the cost of a typical copay), but you're also helping to support the next generation of mental health professionals.

There’s no catch—our interns need clinical hours, and you need therapy. It's a win-win for everyone. If you’re ready to take the step toward therapy, and want to be part of something bigger—helping others while also helping yourself—schedule your free consultation today!

Shanna understands therapy, at its core, to be a conversation between two people about mental health. She believes anybody can benefit from having someone to talk things through with and offer an outside perspective. As a therapist, it’s her goal to work with clients to create a judgment-free environment where they can feel comfortable being themselves. Shanna is passionate about working with athletes, First Responders, neurodivergent folks and those in the LGBTQ+ community. Her therapeutic focus includes processing life-changing events and trauma, relational issues, anxiety, depression and identity development.
